- Scrapbook paper
- Mini pom poms
- Hot glue gun
- Scissors
- Miniature animals. I used pieces from this In the Woods pack and this North American Wildlife pack.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- First, cut the hat shape – Create a small triangle with a rounded bottom. Some templates are included in my bundle.
- Next, form the cone by gently rolling the edges together. Once you’re happy with it, apply hot glue along the edge, press to secure, and let it dry.
- Attach the pom pom – Add a dab of hot glue to the top of the cone and press on a mini pom pom. Let it dry completely.
- Secure to your woodland animals – Use hot glue, glue dots, or double-sided tape to attach the hats to figurines or cake toppers.
